Open House!

On Thursday, May 14th from 4:00pm–7:00pm, we’ll be opening our for an evening of fun, fun, and drinks!

Over the past months, many of you have followed along as the space has transformed. From demolition and construction to the first rounds of classes and workshops. If you’ve been curious about what’s been happening inside, or have been meaning to stop by but haven’t yet had the chance to join a class, this open house is the perfect opportunity to come see the space in person.

Throughout the evening we’ll have food and drinks, student projects and class examples on display, and information about upcoming summer classes. Visitors will be able to explore the workshop, meet instructors, ask questions, and get a sense of the kinds of programs and community we’re working to build at MAC.

We’ll also be previewing several upcoming summer offerings, including returning favorites and new classes shaped by community interest and waitlists from earlier sessions. Among them are Wooden Lamps, Nesting Chairs, Hand Lettering, and Ukrainian Straw Weaving. All part of an expanding catalog of classes focused on practical skills, creativity, and hands-on learning.

This event is open to everyone! Whether you’re interested in woodworking, home repair, craft, art, or simply want to meet neighbors and see the progress of the space, we’d love to welcome you in.
